1. Go to groupon.com and log in to your account.
    
2. Click on Help at the top right corner of the page.
   
   
3. Scroll down and select Managing Your Account.
   
   
4. Now, click on Contact Us next to Still Need Help?
   
   
5. Click on the Live Chat option.
   
   • You can also choose the Send Us an Email option to submit your request but it could take up to 3 days to get a reply from Groupon.
     
     
6. A live conversation pane will popup, click on Start Chat.
   
   
7. Now, you’ll connect to any available agent. Explain to the agent that you want to close your account, and he/she will assist.
   

 

How to cancel a Groupon subscription?

It’s quite easy to cancel your Groupon subscriptions. Ensure that you cancel all your subscriptions to Groupon prior to deleting your account. Basically you can cancel your subscription using the Groupon website or an app. Try the steps given below to remove the subscription.

Through the website

1. Visit the Groupon website and log in to your account.
2. Click on your profile photo at the top left corner and select Cancellations.
3. Now, tap on Groupon subscriptions under My Subscriptions.
4. Select the subscription you want to cancel and click on Cancel this subscription.

Through the app

1. Open the Groupon app on your mobile phone.
2. Tap on My Account from the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
3. Then, click on Cancel My Subscription.
4. Tap on Yes, Cancel My Subscription to confirm.
