Using Master password

1. Open the LastPass website on the browser.
2. Lookout for log-in at the top right and sign in to your account.
3. Then, tap on the dropdown menu on the upper right side, next to your profile/email address.
4. Choose Account Settings. Scroll down till you find Account Information and click on My Account.

   
5. Click on Delete Account inline to the Existing User.

   

6. You will be given two options Reset or Delete. Now, hit the press on Delete.

   

7. Click on the reason for deleting the account and tap Yes if you know the master password on the bottom.

Without Using the Master password

1. Open the link lastpass.com/delete_account.php and hit Enter.
2. Click on the Delete button.
3. Click on No if you don’t remember your LastPass master password.

   

4. Now, enter your email address associated with LastPass and click on Send Email.

   
5. You will get a mail asking for confirmation. Click on the link permanently delete my LastPass account now.
6. Select the reasons for deleting your account.
7. Lastly, hit on Delete at the bottom and click on Yes for further confirmation.

   

Can you export LastPass Password?

Yes, it is possible to export your password and it is even essential if you want to delete your account permanently. Follow these steps.

1. Open the LastPass website and log in to your account.
2. Go to More Options at the bottom left navigation.
3. Select Advanced from the sidebar menu.
4. Now, select export from the dropdown.
5. Type master password and tap on Submit.
6. Your password will be in a CSV format. Click select all (Ctrl + A) and Copy (Ctrl + C).
7. Open a notepad and paste it.
8. Now, save them on your desktop.
