Neopets is a virtual pet website, which lets users purchase virtual pets and take care of them. However, Neopets is a bit out of date in the current scenario of the virtual world. If you think it’s time to say goodbye to Neopets, you might want to delete your account.
Deleting your Neopets account is permanent. You can close your account in two ways, either through the website or email.
How to delete your Neopets account from the website
- Visit the Neopets Account Deletion page.
- Log in to your account if you haven’t already.
- Enter your password and click Remove my Account.
- A popup will appear, choose OK to confirm.

Requesting Account Closure Through Email
Compose an email to support@neopets.com from the email address linked with your account. Keep your subject, “REQUEST FOR ACCOUNT DELETION”. Explain that you want to close your account and make sure to include your username.
Neopets support will review your request and reply for further procedures.
